Hello & welcome to iiEtalia Consulting & Services blog! We’re glad you are here checking us out! The majority of these posts and conversation starters will be written by me, Thanh Lu, as Managing Principal of iiEtalia Consulting & Services. Other posts will be written by expert guests, partners, or associates from our amazing team.

It’s here that we’ll share ideas and resources surrounding the mission of iiEtalia Consulting & Services: working with companies to leverage human capital (of young talent) to drive business growth, innovation, and impact. I invite your consideration, questions, feedback, and thoughts on anything that strikes a cord with you. Your engagement is most welcomed! Here, our newsletter, on Twitter (@iietalia) and on Facebook.

Some of the key words that drive future blog articles are: business growth, business innovation, business impact, Gen Y & Gen X workforce and career development, talent, professional and personal growth, employee engagement, etc.

As succinctly and proudly stated on our website, the mission of iiEtalia Consulting & Services is rooted in the beliefs that:

The promise of the future is based on human capital and the success of business is in leveraging and investing in that extraordinary resource.

Part of the belief was inspired by a speech Mike Milken of the Milken Institute made at the StateĀ  of the Market conference this year, on the promise of the future and how the US can play a role. Building human capital was one of the four promises of the 21st Century:

  • Access to financial capital
  • Human capital
  • Deployment of technology
  • Personalized medicine

This truly resonates with me as I believe that all progress rests upon human potential and its capacity to reveal 100% of its DNA, its true make up. It is based on my own personal and professional experiences – which I will share accordingly in future posts. Furthermore, commerce is the single most powerful engine that drives social and political changes. Sustainable business success rests upon three pillars: growth, innovation, and impact, of its organization as well as its human talent.

I invite you to explore and deliver this promise within your organization, in society, and contribute to human progress by capitalizing on and leveraging the potential of human capital, to grow, innovate, and create impact.

Welcome! It’s an honor to have you join in!
