Part of the belief was inspired by a speech Mike Milken of the Milken Institute made at the State of the Market conference this year, on the promise of the future and how the US can play a role. Building human capital was one of the four promises of the 21st Century:

- Human capital
- Deployment of technology
- Personalized medicine
This truly resonates with me as I believe that all progress rests upon human potential and its capacity to reveal 100% of its DNA, its true make up. It is based on my own personal and professional experiences – which I will share accordingly in future posts. Furthermore, commerce is the single most powerful engine that drives social and political changes. Sustainable business success rests upon three pillars: growth, innovation, and impact, of its organization as well as its human talent.
